CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

The Holiday Villas III Board of Directors has informed us that Holiday Villas III condominium will undergo exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration projects. These updates are partly due to new Milestone Inspection requirements implemented by the State of Florida in 2022.

🛠️ Although no immediate structural deficiencies were found at Holiday Villas III, the Board has approved proactive repairs to exterior balconies, concrete surfaces, and building paint.

A great week at the beach

My family had a great time at the unit. The unit was well equipped, the building was nice, and the view was amazing! We had a leaking toilet in the unit and the owners were right on top of it and came right out and fixed it. We'll definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view!

The Holiday Villas were undergoing some renovations so some of the amenities weren’t available. Dean offered discounted rates accordingly. The ocean view was stunning and wonderful to wake up to. The sunsets were gorgeous. Great beach access. I fished from the private dock on the intercoastal. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Great location along the Gulf Blvd strip.Dean was quick to respond and we were able to check in early because the unit was ready.Would stay again!

Check in was easy, kitchen fully stocked Clean unit with easy access to pool and beach Despite neighbours a/c unit above us was very noisy we had a relaxing enjoyable time Our stay was comfortable and would rent this unit again.

Love the area

We always love coming to this area. This condo is a great space and nice veiws ! We will for sure be returning in the future !! Dean was a great host and communicated very well with us, informed us that the construction was still going on and gave us the option to cancel no penalty, but we kept our booking and didnt let it get us down on vacation. Pool area was kept clean and water was heated.

Wish I was still there!

This condo was a great place to stay during our recent vacation in the area. The oceanfront views from the balcony were wonderful. Everything we needed was available in the unit (even though I must admit I didn't do any cooking). Loved having a w/d in the unit so I didn't have to bring home dirty clothes. Christmas getaway

Took my family - which included a 1 yr old, for Christmas to Indian rocks and enjoyed all of it. Not as busy as the other areas - wanted low key since we had a child with us - still close enough to everything to venture out. Our condo was very clean and had everything that I was expecting. Never had to contact owner - everything was easily found and usable. Definitely would recommend!

Would definitely stay again

Beautiful condo and view. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony! There wasn’t any trash bags or dishwasher pods in the unit so bring them with you. The here was some maintenance going on at the building right next to it, and the jack hammering was a little irritating.

Beautiful beach views

This is a very beautiful piece of property. Updated condo with a beautiful beach view. I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the owner who is so sweet and has an appreciation for the cleanliness of her condo. A really good feature of this condo is the sliding glass door and when it is opened it automatically shuts the air off. Having kids of any age is a benefit with this condo.

Family Thanksgiving trip

Our family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving. This unit was perfect, had all of the amenities needed to complete our Thanksgiving meal. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. The location was perfect, enjoyed being able to walk out to the beach and down the road for coffee. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and beach towels for our stay. It was also great to have a small cooler and a few lawn chairs available in the unit as well. Dean was wonderful to communicate with, we would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the elevator was broken for several days while we were there, other than that it was great!

Beautiful View!

Just getting around to writing a review as my family stayed here this past June. We absolutely loved this condo! It had an amazing view from the balcony. I even took a nap on the lounger bc it was so peaceful. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could need on vacation, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. We loved the location right on the beach and you can even rent the lounger and umbrellas they have set up. It was less than 10 mins to Clearwater and the area around the condo was quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I was so sad when the vacation was over and we had to head home. It was the most relaxing trip I’ve had in many years. We would definitely stay here again!

A Home Away from Home

We had a great time "down" in FL. This unit was ideally situated on the beach, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There's plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out and enjoy the beach scene. This North end of the 'beach strip' isn't as busy as the South end, which is what we prefer. If you are into the bars and nightlife, look elsewhere. Our only hiccup was that the elevator was intermittently on the fritz. Lugging three suitcases up 4 flights of stairs wasn't the best way to start a vacation, but we survived the workout.

Perfect location!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The location was perfect. He likes to fish and we were right on the intracoastal waterway and still beach front for me. The condo was the perfect size and we were provided with items for the beach. 10/10 would stay again.

Wow What a breath taking View

This condo's view takes your breath away, We watched the Ocean from the lanai. The peaceful sound of the ocean and watching the sunset was breath taking. The Condo with its open concept made cooking and staying apart of everyone Conversation so easy. The Bedrooms are roomy and the baths are roomy as well. Don't hesitate on this Condo it's Worth the trip . The pool is so nice too and it's heated.. And the beach is just steps from the pool . We love visiting this Condo this was our second time here and we will return soon.

Great Vacation Spot!

This was an awesome place! It is right on the beach, with a great view! There is a private swimming pool, shuffleboard, volleyball net, and bbq spot! Place was very clean, with a nice kitchenette! We also stayed in July with our kids. This condo is within walking distance to Kandy Kitchen, (one of our favorite places) and a short drive to John's Pass! Love this place and will stay again!

Our Home Away From Home!

We have rented this condo for the past several years and have always found it to be immaculate and extremely comfortable. The location is great and is in a very nice area. We have always found the owner and her husband to be extremely helpful and prompt to any issues which might arise. We love this condo and actually think of it as “our” winter home. There are many restaurants in the area. The Salt Rock Grill and Friendly’s are two of our favorite restaurants. Friendly’s is within walking and the Salt Rock is too - just about a mile. We also love walking down to the Pier and back which gives us a nice, almost 3 mile, walk each day. Did I mention? We LOVE the pool! In the winter it is heated and the pool area is situated in such a way that it protects from the winds. We have literally sat outside when it was in the 50’s and been perfectly comfortable! We love this place!

Wonderful Vacation/Relaxation spot

I have rented this condo for several years and have always found it to be immaculate and extremely comfortable. The location is marvelous and is in a very nice area. I usually travel alone and have never been worried about security. I have known the owner for over 15 years and have always found her to be extremely helpful and prompt in her response to any issues which might arise. I might add, that I have never had a problem of any sort in the years I have stayed in this condo or any other properties owned by her. I not only would recommend this to my friends, but I have done so on several occasions and they have always been equally pleased. There are many restaurants in the area which I have frequented. Keegans is one of my favorite restaurants and I have recently discovered Sea Breeze, which is new. The food is really great! Indian Shores Coffee, which is within walking distance of the condo has wonderful coffee, muffins, etc., and has music in the evening. There are tables outside as well as a nice indoor area. St. Johns Pass is south of the condo and offers shopping, dining and fun for all ages. There is also a trolley service which stops right in front of the condo, runs daily and is nice for those who do not wish to rent a car. You can't miss with this rental!
