The Holiday Villas III Board of Directors has informed us Holiday Villas III condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by theState of Floridian 2022. Well there were no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday villas III The board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.
Crews will work their way around the building Starting on the northside and going clockwise around the building. The balcony to my unit is now finished, you have complete use of the balcony and can enjoy the beautiful view of the gulf
The biggest impact from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year.
